Just nip the stockband bolt up a little
Might be easier to slacken it a tad, make sure all is central, then retighten - job done

Do you mean that the rifle's action rocks from side to side within the stock (if so, see Geordie's advice above) or do you mean that the breech block rocks from side to side relative to the cylinder?
i mean the breech block moves relative to the cylinder
There are 2 screws that could be slack:
1. Remove the scope mounts off the rifle.
2. Remove the bolt retaining screw and remove the bolt.
3. Remove the screw at the rear of the scope rail, under this is the rear breech/cylinder screw - tighten.
4. Remove the grub screw on top of the rail nearer the breech opening.
5. Extract the bolt housing tube from the breech block. Under this is the front breech/cylinder screw- tighten.
You need to remove the pellet probe, then remove the slotted grub/blanking screw, and the socket head grub screw that holds the pellet guide in place, from the top of the breech block.Under neath,in the bottom of the holes, you will see the breech fixing screws that will need to be tightened.
thanks guys your stars ill be doing as you advise tomorrow (too many cans of liquid nectar)thanks alot
