don't worry.....I was in the same boat. Ended up with a falcon FN19 Hawk for £210 after a month wait.
they do come up and are very accurate, my shooting has improved with one as you realise the gun is better than you....so you lift your game. Well, I did anyway.
I doubt I would be anymore accurate with any other more expensive rifle.
