I've been thinking about buying a rifle from Logun; there were a few details I needed clearing up, but I couldn't find an email addy. I asked on the BBS and was given an addy. On the 9th of this month I mailed, explaining the situation, asking for help. No reply.
A week later I mailed again. No reply.
After another two days - with no reply - I found the Logun website (Logun.com) and left a detailed message through their site.
I've still heard nothing from them. OK, why don't I ring them?
The receptionist said she'd try to answer my questions, but couldn't. She gave me an answer, but told me she didn't know if it was right. I asked if she could find someone who DID know.
It was no terribly technical question: is the stock handed or ambidextrous?
Is this the usual level of Logun customer service? I think I've decided not to buy from Logun.
