    The first Merry Christmas

    As I write from New Zealand and we are the first to get the new day may I also be the first say Merry Christmas on Christmas day. Thank you to all those that made this one of the most interesting forums on the net. I have little to offer but have learnt much.
    The weather here in Wellington is not the best. We have rain that will clear and we can expect a high of 20. I am in shorts and a T shirt. I have have to work this morning but will be back to join my family and friends for Christmas at our place this afternoon.
    Shame that my two sons in London and the States can not be with us but I am sure they will also have a good day.
    May you all find long or weighty parcels under the tree.
