It looks like the link to the "how many fills" is no longer available, anyone downloaded it and can re-post an new link, dropbox etc.

I have to concur with Gadjet, as a relative newbie I too looked for this information but the links have now been severed, over time I guess. Would it be possible to re-post the 'How many fills' table and the 'Am I legal' table or bring them up to date if necessary? If not, then the sticky can be removed.
