The Weihrauch silencer on my HW100 has internals, think yours must have been assembled on someone's bad hair day.

Both my HW silencers have the same washers and hair rollers inside.
What i found strange is that the hair rollers are cut to different lenths inside. If you take them out and refit the in a different order, the thing is less effective. Clever these boffins?

Ha, ha, yes your right but it's been exchanged now. Didn't sound any different though unlike when i swapped it for the HW silencer on my Rapid. Probably worth checking the HW silencer on your springer though.
