bench rest shooting question

My club are looking into shooting 25 yard air rifle bench rest on our indoor range

Can anyone advise me as to the dimensions of the tables used. (Table height and the shape and size of the tops)

I have looked at the benchrest22 website and checked their info/rules etc. but could not see any reference to the table top shape/size

BUT, we have no facilities at the club to use one till the range work is down... By which time we'll all have hover jets and guided bullets
