    You could purchase a set of pin punches (careful as the sets suitable for motorcars are rather too big for firearms), or it is possible to get by with a set of cheap drills (use the back end as a punch and grind the pointy end flat) if the pins are not too solidly in place. If you are really keen, punches for roll pins have a shaped nose to centralise in the pin, but will not work very well with plain pins so you need two sets.

    As above for me essjay & Turnup, Great pics & I didn't know there were dedicated punches for roll pins, next job is a google search & a wibbly wobbly web purchase. Thanks mates!

    Thanks for that, well put together (scuse pun).

    I have both a TX and PS, so will do some tinkering when I get time...the summer then

    Just a thought, but a really good, gunk free way of polishing is to use micromesh if you can get it.

    Rubber cushioned and leaves no mess, and unlike a dremel, it wont polish edges you dont want it to (although I love my dremel....it's an electrical swiss army knife).

    The tool/s you need is a ROLL PIN PUNCH SET. Buy the best you can, but not the long ones.

    hi i have a tx200 mk1, and have never liked the trigger pull, its not very intuative, how adjustable is it, im worried ill make it worse as my air gun technical know how goes as far as loading a pellet.

    Hi....did this to my pro-sport made a very noticable difference to how somoothly the trigger opperated
