Trev was here in the early days of the BBS. I recall with great sadness the day he told us he was losing the fight against the big C and would not be posting here any longer.

It's good to remember his laconic wit and his clear writing style. Maybe some of his old posts could be put together somehow, as a tribute?

I didn't know Trevor before he disappeared for treatment the first time but am pleased to say I did when he returned and re-joined LV. We all hoped he'd beaten it but sadly that wasn't to be. As a tribute, here's the photo I took of him for his LV membership card two years ago. I hope the mods can oblige promptly...

I remember the post and it brought the "proverbial lump". I think we all wished him a return to the board, but sadly not to be.

RIP Trev and best wishes at this time to his family and friends.

Sorry to hear that, I spoke with him only 2 weeks ago.Trevor was a true gent, he always went out of his way to help anyone. Before I left the Uk, he gave me an air rifle as a going away gift which I will treasure it until my days are over. No consolation, but at least he is no longer suffering, he was quite bad a few weeks ago, and had difficulty in speaking on the phone because of his breathing. Rest in peace my friend, god bless you.My son will be devastated, Trevor got him into shooting 22lr and 410.
