I have a Target Tronics of Harrogate PM110 which requires attention and calibration, but I cannot find where to send it.

Thank you for the phone numbers for Target Tronics, unfortunately the 0800 does not accept incoming calls and I cannot get any reply from the French one.
Do you have any other suggestions.
