I do wish these mail order firms would state on their sites when items are out of stock. I ordered a set of "See-Thro'" mounts on Friday, expecting delivery at least by today Tue. Nothing arrived so I rang them up, to be told that they were out of stock and should be in sometime this week. If I had known they were out of stock I would have tried somewhere else.
OK so they got my order this time, but they have lost my future orders. All it takes is a simple phone call, or e-mail, or better still something on the web site to let you know what the situation is. The company last updated the web site yesterday and do so on a regular basis.
