Excellent course, and the first time I have shot this ground.
Started great but plyed 0X0XX0X0X0X0X0X0X0X for too many lanes after.

    Talking

Best GP i've done. Amazing amount of work went into that...loved the croc target...in the water.

The tricky conditions just added to it.

    A tough act to follow!

Have to agree with Rob the variety of targets and terrain made it one of the best shoots I have been to.

Many thanks to the Welsh crew...

I just wanted to add my thanks to the Tondu lads for a great shoot, very varied, always challenging. Top Comp!
After last Seasons GP1 at Pontypool, I'm beginning to think all this talk of it always raining in Wales is just a ploy to keep the Saxons away! All those who stayed away because of the threat of the weather must be kicking themselves now!
Many thanks also to John & Geoff who put up with me around the course & apologies to Geoff for the stupid stuff I managed to do today namely, dropping his stopwatch in the mud, messing up his score card by starting in the wrong place (I always do that BTW) & not handing his card in ! What can I say, I'm an Idiot!
I don't want to talk out of place but the last couple of outings for the Chrono seemed to have produced some interesting & varied results for some people. Might it be possible to place it under some sort of canopy ?

Also thanks for a very well laid out demanding course, a lot of time and effort went in to it. Can only recall two stoppages a sure sign of being done right.
Well done, its sets the standard for others to follow.

The results will be uploaded on to the BFTA site later today.
The volunteers who do it had too much on their hands late last night and work this morning, so conveying the message. Mentioned it on airgunforum last night without creating a new thread http://www.airgunforum.net/agf/index...howtopic=39147

Glad everyone enjoyed the course, makes all the hard work that went into putting it on worth while.

Many thanks from tondu to all other Wafta members who helped out on the day and to those that came down to help prepare and plan the course.

Photos are here for those that are interested.

    Food at GP1

The burger van has been spoken about since and it was agreed that it was expensive and not the best. 2 bacon rolls came to £5.40. Im just glad that mine was bought for me hahaha.
Just a shame the food wasnt worthy of the price....
