    May Spring Power Competition

    Hi All.

As May begins mid week & we have all been itching to get it underway

I've set the date as follows.

    Competition:Monday 28th April - Friday 2nd May

Submit Scores: Friday 2nd May - Saturday 3rd May
(By PM only once ALL scores are in they will be made public, gives it more suspence )

Public Scores: Saturday 3rd May - Sunday 4th May

    Score Sheet
    http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b3...resheet6-1.jpg
I just need your PISTOL,TYPE & CALIBRE that is being used

    The rules :

Type: Spring Pistol / Single Stroke Pistol (to be stated when submitting score).

    Sights: Open sights only

Stance: Top two targets two handed / Bottom two targets one handed (that way it caters for everyone & abit different)

Targets: Follow link on post #1 >HERE< using the target with 4 targets on it.

Range: Set at 6yds (That is the longest I can shoot in the back garden)

Shots: 10/15 practice shots, then 5 shots per target

Date: Anytime in the first week of every month. Starting May.

Scoring: If the pellet breaks into two points i.e 8 & 9, you score the highest number

Final scores: PM me with scores by Friday/Saturday.

Update scores: I'll put on the thread Saturday/Sunday.

If anyone has any questions just let me know & good luck.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I going to run a virtual badge system, according to the scores that we get.
    They are as follows :-

    http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b3...PistolComp.jpg

I will have all your scores worked out in percentage & award the relative virtual badge.

Now my badge design is pants so I'm not showing you until I submit results.

Then each month someone else can design a different set of badges.

    Regards
    Paddy.

My HW70 is in for refurbishment and not sure if it will be back in time and the Original Mod 6 I've just purchased probably won't be here so looks like the good 'ol HW40 for me......thats the one with the 5 yard shoulder stock and trigger linkage that I designed especially for this competition......

Looks as though the HW's / Beemans (same thing) are "the gun" here.
