Tx200 v-mach prices?

I'm wondering if anyone has a rough idea how much steve pope charges for the full monty on a Tx200?. I was going to buy a prosport as well as the tx, but after being quoted £460 from my local shop i'm now thinking of not bothering and spending some cash on the tx. It's a couple of weeks till i get the cash so didn't want to interupt such a busy man untill i'm ready to put my money where my mouth is!

Hi James ,heres a price list i got from Steve last year i dont think they have gone up too much in that time so it may give you some idea of how much its likely to cost you , hope this helps .

Sorry about the quote for £460, the prices on guns & pellets seems to go up with each delivery (although we've just had the latest trade price list from the supplier- it came into effect 14th april). Weihrauch have gone up as well thanks to the suppliers/tax/manufacturers. Much more of this and it'll be cheaper to make our own rifles and pellets.

I guess i should have got back into shooting again (rather than just selling) sooner than last september. It's an increasingly expensive hobby, even with staff discount.

Mojocrow, i'm not moaning about your quote, after all i expect to pay a bit more for the convience of having your place on my doorstep, and i did know about the price rises. Been thinking about it this afternoon and it's a lot of cash for a very similar gun, got me thinking about improving the tx for less outlay.
p.s The rws superdomes i got from you today seem to group nicely in the hw45 . When do you think your going to get some more targets in? at this rate i'm gonna need them!

I have pasted a section of the V-MACH price list from the Oct-07 list, this may not be the latest one. You are better giving Steve Pope a call as it took about a month to get my reply. The other thing to note is there is a long waiting time at the moment and I'm not sure if orders are being taken.

Just gave v-mach a ring, thought i'd book it a slot. No more tuning work being taken on! too busy with their own guns and projects.. Steve was very helpful though, he said if i was happy to fit one of their kits it would be just as good, this he says is due to the tx200 being so good in first place. He's just about to send a load of kits to BAR. Right where's that debit card.....

JamesB, Sorry but i did guess that you weren't moaning about the quote. Actually, i'm moaning about the rising prices more than anyone i know (oh, why didn't i get back into shooting sooner? waaaahhh!).

We got the targets back into stock today; about 1000 i think... just enough that i might hit a few.
