I have just heard from Pete

The bad news is that he injured his left hand in the router last night machining a couple of hardwood wedges for EV2 benchrest rifles

The good news is that he had finished the machining of the cocking aids, so these are ready to spray.

The man machining the pins should hopefully have them finished for this weekend

Because of Pete's injury I will pick up the cocking aids from him next week and fit the pins.

Probably best to wait until we have the pins and can complete the cocking aids before you need to pay

The cocking aids are sprayed and all I need is the pins
The guy machining them is dragging his heals a bit so please be patient

He should have brought them to the club on the weekend but did not turn up due I am told to sickness

I will get his phone number today when I go to the club and give him a gentle prod

When I have the pins I will fit them and then ask for payment

In the meantime could you please pm me your addresses and I will get some envelopes addressed and ready

I got the brass pins today (at long last) and Pete will bring the cocking aids to the club Wednesday so I will fit the pins Thurs.

It will be quicker to send cheques to me so I will pm my address
I will then post them out
