Hi Everyone we have just got back from a great week at the range running the shooting 'have a go' and competition for the Inter Spinal Unit Games. This year Headley Court were there, we've only see them at the Amputee Games before. The range is really looking good now and so much warmer. Can't wait to get some more done. Hope you're all enjoying the great weather.

Hi Everyone I hope the very small but very select band of volunteers are still up for the next refurb weekend. We will be joined on the Sunday by the people from Cadburys so I will make sure we have a couple of big bars of chocolate at the range on the Saturday just to keep us going until Sunday!!
I have the Dutch house booked and only two rooms filled so far so if anyone else wants to come and join the fun please let me know
