Any more from you two and I'll have to go to the Mod's section with Rich to talk about you.

Again?
"Improvise, adapt and overcome."
I can count to potato.
I hadn't vented my spleen enough last time, Rich.
In fact, I'm thinking of renaming our section to The Priory.

The Priory?
A place full of pampered luvvies recovering from their latest excess?
It would never work.

OK chaps,
I am bringing a Skilsaw, jigsaw, sanders, electric plane, drill, nail gun,
hilti drill and handtools.
Do we need anything else?
Neal
I'm back.
I think we'll have everything we need, Neal, but it won't hurt to bring anything you think we'll need.
Pete.

Guys,
Just got back from the Stoke Mandeville shooting centre after a day
with the BBS working party.
Humbling is the only way I can describe it.
The BBS guys have done a great job so far, waterproofing and
equipping them with some of the basics we take for granted.
However, there is a lot more to do. If you can help out with skills,
materials or donations of any kind, please do whatever you can to
help.
I watched disabled rugby today and the lump in my throat nearly
choked me.
Do whatever you can and watch this space for the next working party
dates.
Neal
I'm back.
The BBS crew really did us proud again this weekend, with Steve, Richard, Pete, Paul, Graeme and Neal contributing to another step forward for the disabled shooters of Stoke Mandeville. Steve and Richard deserve a special mention for driving hundreds of miles to put in their shift, and everyone involved can be proud of what we've achieved so far. Top, top work lads - you're priceless.
There's another big push planned for the weekend of August 9th and 10th, when we'll be sorting the rear section of the range. We'll need as many helpers as we can, and absolutely anyone can contribute, not just the skilled tradesmen. We'll be hoofing stuff into a skip, fixing sheets of ply, painting, and generally shifting and fixing what needs to shifted and fixed.
We absolutely have to get this part of the project completed in a weekend so that everything can be secured when we leave, so your help will be greatly appreciated. Please see if you can clear a day, or better still both days, to help a wonderful cause - I promise you'll find it so worthwhile.
More information as we get it.
Your not wrong Neal-very humbling indeed. I can thoroughly reccomend getting involved in this project lads-more like fun than work Great banter all weekend with plenty of good natured pi$$taking all round A lot was acomplished this weekend, but there is still a massive amount to do to get the centre into a respectable state.
What an incredible women Rosie (club secretary) is-a real ray of sunshine-I don't think you could meet a more positive attitude anywhere. Her enthusiasm is contagious-she worked tirelessly all weekend plus kept us fed and watered-enough tea to sink a battleship
Watching the wheelchair rugby was very humbling-these guys get maximum respect from me-showing a level of courage and determination that made me feel ashamed of myself. A couple of the lads looked a bit misty eyed as we trooped back to the shooting range.
We all sat down to a Chinese meal last night, had a few-Cough!- drinks, a great atmosphere all weekend and I for one will be back there for the next weekend
Never go off half cocked....
All lies matter
