    S&W 686 Barrels

    Do any of you folks know where spare nickel barrels for the S&W 686 can be obtained??...had a look through the usual places that drain my money but can't spot any...

    They are now 'Pressure parts' regulated by the VCR Act and can't be sent by mail order or internet.

    Unless someone has spares you will have to find a RFD and pay a high price.

    Getting them sent to my local RFD isn't a problem...finding a stockist is....

    ....try and get your local shop to sign up with the rfdnetwork thing - free transfers , etc etc .

    Try Brocock direct as they are the importers.

    I emailed Brocock a few months back for an 8" barrel, they will supply barrels but only to your local dealer for collection.
    Fancy shooting your air pistols & rifles a bit more, then guy's & gal's come visit us at the
    UBC for loads of fun competitions for all types of air pistols and rifles.

    Yup, since the VCR bill that's probably the only option anyway.

    Go to the dealer and ask them to get them in from Brocock, there is one more possible option, Michael Tawn may still have some bits for these as he was selling them for a long time.
