Is there any pistol shooting there, or is it rifles only?
I'm looking for a club of sorts to join, but really haven't much clue about what's involved in any of the activities.

    Thanks

Hello again Chris, had a nice time, thanks.
Your AA rifle was nice, but I didn't expect them to seem as heavy as that, but it was the first time I'd tried a rifle anyway. The BSA springer I tried was a surprise regarding recoil as well.

It's a nice club with some nice people there, so I hope it takes off for them ok. Have they got a website? I haven't looked yet.

Been looking at rifles on the net again. The TX200 HC is still at the top of the list at the moment.

I'm looking forward to it. I bought a TX200HC yesterday, so I'll need plenty of practice on the plinking range.

    Hello Chris,
it's .177 with a beech stock. The beech looks really nice. As soon as I saw it I knew I'd be buying it. They had Pro Sports in for £399 but I liked the feel of the TX better.
I was on the verge of buying a Lightning XL, but the stupid sized rail put me off, plus there were too many complaints on here about it as opposed to only one person who said he didn't like the TX.
The AAOC site wasn't working for me earlier, so I'll try again later.

    AAS200T.177 & S510SL .177. FWB P70(diopter), P70 FT(Big Nikko) Steyr LP10, LG110(Big Nikko), LG20(diopter) . The gun is deadly accurate - shame about the user
