    Sorry to piss on your chips but what one person thinks is acceptable performance is another person's 'shotgun grouping'.

    You need ranges and group size to make this meaningful.

    If you do that though it will be very useful!

    I just thought that it would give people a rough Idea as to what might work well in their rifle.

    Lighten up Weevie. Where does it say 'ballistically sound scientific proof must be provided'.
    It is only meant as a rough guide and might help ease the old "what pellet for this gun" question that comes up 5 times a week to which there is only one answer.
    Let the lad have some fun and learn something to everyones benefit .

    Falcon FN19 .177 everything apart from piledrivers

    penetrators 9.5 excellent 15grainers ok
    jsb 4.52 excellent
    AA 4.51 and 4.52 excellent
    bismags 10.6 excellent
    wasps 7.2 [1997 vintage] very good
    and webley mossies 4.52 excellent

    shot three groups at 40yds today using bismags and the tightest group was a single hole not wider than a .22 pellets lengthways [ very pleased ] although my girlfriend doesnt seem as enthusiatic

    daystate airwolf 2008 .177 std 11.6ftlbs,,,,,zeroed at 30yds test ...jsb exact heavy,,spot on then at 40yds 1 x mil dot,great grouping with these pellets,,,,ive been using bisley magnums but lots of problems above and around 30yds
