Best pellet made in my opinion was Lazadome, waste of time weighing them they were perfect.

    BSA Supersport, .22, Eley Wasp
    BSA Superstar, .22, RWS Superdome
    Theoben Fenman, .22, RWS Superdome
Air Arms S410, .22, RWS Superdome
    Weihrauch HW100KT, .177, RWS Superdome
Can anyone else see a pattern developing here?
I've just always tried Superdomes first after my first rifle and never found the need to change. They all outshoot me quite comfortably.

If there isnt enough choice for you among the previous posts and you want to try a few different brands without shelling out a fortune i've put together some sample packs.
These come with a target sheet where each brand has its own labelled 30mm target area so you can compare groupings at a glance.

    pellet question

My favorite pellets for my air pistols are them rws hobby pellets. I seem to get them highest fps from them. I had a question. What is them difference on performance wise If the slightly larger 177 cal. pellets? Like the 4.54?

    Prometheus

I've been putting Prometheus pellets through my tx200 recently. Is it true that the plastic jacket can wreck my barrel??

    BSA Ultra - JSB Exact Heavies 4.52 (10.33gn), JSB Exact 4.53 (8.44gn)
    BSA Scorpion - JSB Exact Heavies 4.52 (10.33gn), JSB Exact 4.53 (8.44gn)

    AA EV2 Mk 4 - AA Diablo 4.52 (8.4gn), JSB Exact Heavies 4.52 (10.33gn), AA Express 4.52 (7.9gn)

    HW77 (early) - Mosquito Express 4.52 (7.9gn)

    QB78 Deluxe - Accupel 4.51

In fact, i've found that the Accupel's are a pretty good all rounder in all of the above rifles.

    Best regards,
    Steve

This has been very helpful and definitely helped save me some money, narrowing down my pellet choice. I was amazed at the difference in build quality of the premium pellets. AA310 AAFields and Bisley Magnums in 4.52.
