    York Guns

I seem to remember that York Guns are the importers of this Baikal, so will ship to a RFD near you, they also do all the spares, Mags and seals included.

they are also the importers for the complete range of rifles and shotguns

    Hope this helps

They do NOT do any spares, including mags or seals for the Mak, I bought one from them a few months ago, and have asked them several times as I wanted a spare mag and needed a seal that did not come in the included kit, you can buy the gun from them but get no back up spares wise at all, nor any advice where to get them.

A couple of questions for the MAK heads out there:

Any one tuned the internals of theirs for a smoother action?

Where do you buy you bbs, both types?

    Co2 left in mag

That is true and the jams can also be awkward to fix. Some modifications can remedy the problem.

Yes, the steel BBs will damage the rifling eventually.

Hi, realise old thread but I'm just getting a Baikal 654 & wanted to ask if this still holds true (couple of years later) its just I haven't been able to find anything anywhere stating leave in or take out, so value the advice.
    Many thanks
