    Where to shoot in Nottingham?

I would like to start target shooting. Is there anywhere in the NG9 area that I can go? The only clubs that I can find seem to be the wrong side of town for me or only open on a Sunday or odd evenings.
Stanton Rifle Club is near, anyone know it?
    Many thanks

    Thanks steve007
Its a bit of a trek for me but will try and get over there maybe next week.
Got to get myself a gun yet! Don't want to buy one unless there is somewhere nice to shoot. I'll keep a look out for a second hand one on this site.

    Cheers

Air rifle/22 rf or black powder pistol shooting ?

There is a 25m range at long eaton where in NG9 are you ?

I can find out about stanton i used to shoot there with Air Cadets.

Air rifle at the moment. Long Eaton or Stanton would be fine. Thanks.

long eaton and stanton are both firearm ranges . you could shoot air rifle at both but would be quite lonely .

I would go for the ft range/club near ilkeston .

If i can help any more drop me a pm.
