IIRC there is a very good one in Wigan that might be what you are looking for.

There is a very nice range in Wigan. We had an inter-uni shoot there. They used to be on the site of the big ASDA. Then ASDA moved in, and they were on the edge of the car park (and mercifully owned the land their building was on! It wasn't a council facility). When ASDA wanted to expand, they were in the way. ASDA offered to buy them out, and the club set the price.

Their new building has a 50m indoor .22 range, 25yd indoor .22 range and a 10m air range. Kitchen, big club room, office, elevator for disabled shooters.
Tis proper bo I tell thee!! I still shot crap though (my sight-picture went after the 6th consecutive card).
