Thats the first sensible thing I've read in this thread so far. If you want to learn a bit of engineering\gunsmithing then that's great, good luck to you, just don't start with triggers.

Just another thing, if you do make the pin from welding rods, make a few hundred cause they'll wear out after a few shots. You think your triggers wobbly now...
