    Question Adjusting sights

I have an FAS 604...the sights are out....elevation mainly though the windage is a bit suspect too. I want to get to work sorting them out but......there are no markings on the sights to indicate l/r or u/d.

If it were a rifle then I'd be happy to experiment as I could use a bean bag, bench rest etc but as pistols are less predictable (in my hands anyway!) random adjustments may prove less productive.

A friend told me that some European guns adjust in reverse i.e. their up is our down etc. None of the manuals I got with the gun are any help so I wondered whether anyone here actually knows which way the FAS is set up.

No problem... I know what you mean about the difficulty of zeroing a Pistol over zeroing in a rifle.

You may have to just get it so that its 'roughly' right and then as your grouping improves fine tune from then on.
