    Airsporter S mainspring

My airsporter has a broken spring which needs urgent replacement. Can anyone reccommend a replacement? Or indeed if anyone has one surplus to requirements I would be happy to purchase it.

Chambers do list them but I wondered if there are better alternatives? (and no, not an 'Ox' spring please !)

    cheers

    Airsporter S Mainspring

    Hi Tony
Titan XS mainspring No 1 from John Knibbs works well, I can understand why you don't want an OX, they just seem to give lower power and more recoil .

Hello Tony. Personally, I would just get a bog standard factory spring from chambers, and follow Alistair's (tuning the older springer) guide while fitting it.

Agreed, an OX spring is only fit for a pogo stick.

    Thanks guys-

I've ordered a spring from Chamber's and will follow the tuning guide.
