    HW70 Tuning

    Hi All,
I want to give my HW70 an all-round tune and fettle. My main aim is to reduce recoil and lock time whilst maintaining the 3.2ft/lbs it's putting out, as I feel it could be very, very accurate with a tune and a target style grip. Firstly, does anyone know how to get the end block of the cylinder off to remove the spring and piston? I've removed the little hex grub screw but can't get the end off for the life of me! I intend to follow the general tuning tips on the BBS but was wondering if the piston could be 'buttoned' as in TX's/Lazaglide tunes. If so, how would I do this? Any other tips?

The trigger is another area that could surely be improved - I had a go at polishing the contact faces on the trigger mechanism as soon as I bought it (big improvement over factory) but I want it to break a lot lighter, preferably around 500g. Any ideas?

Any help and comments very gratefully received,
    Jon
