BKL cantilever dovetail to weaver mount adapter

Gents,

Has anyone used the BKL dovetail to weaver mount adapters?

I’m specifically interested in the cantilever model for the mounting of an NV scope; it seems like the only solution for getting it close to my eye.
I’m a little concerned that it will take the scope centre very high and may not be sturdy enough for what is a pretty heavy scope.

Anyone know if they are any good?

Soviet Bazaar Pickatinny is very long and will bring it as close as you need
