    Advisefor Webly Pro

I was given a Webly Pro, and while it came with all fittings to mount on different barrel widths I have noticed it has no baffles in it. Should it have? I would think so?
It was sitting in a work shed for a few years and perhaps parts were lost?
I mounted it on my RWS mod.48 springer and didn't see any difference upon firing.
I then placed a #14 finnishing washer in it, not much room for more.
It did remove some of the harsh bark, but not that much.
    Any suggestions gents?
    Thank You

Bought a 2nd hand rifle ages ago which came with a webley prosystem silencer and it too had no baffles. Not tested this myself, but reckon that on a springer, the downrange noise will be reduced with the silencer fitted - don't judge the silencer from the sound heard by the shooter!

I have had two guns fitted with these pro system jobs, aHW90 and a HW95 both made a difference

    Thank you gentlemen.
it is a good point you make, I shall have someone else fire it whilst standing to the side at a short distance with and without it attached.
    Cheers
