Can anyone tell me why Webley don't answer emails? There's a "mail" button on their site which I've used on several occasions but never had a reply. A great company, except when you try to mail them

The last few times I've been into Webley they were working at full tilt (probably why it takes a good few months to get your special custom rifle done), I think e-mail is the first thing to get put on the back burner.
Give them a ring it'll be so much quicker!

Not sure if it is the case , but aware that a number of Gun Trade
email adresses are being Virus Targeted
But also aware that many in the Gun trrade find that most emails
do not result in orders.
To easy for time wasters.
Also rather annoying when take time and effort and rejected by holders mail box as full or closed.

Just my 2p but I e-mailed Webley from their website asking for a user manual for one of their guns and got it in the post next day.
Can't fault that at all.
Cheers

I used the website mail system too, obviously they didn't like my question!Originally posted by cliveward
