    Talking An hour well spent.

Went out to my shoot at 04.30 this morning for an hour or so just to reaquaint myself with dawn shooting as i haven't had much chance to do any lately.

As this photo shows i had a decent time of it.

    Unhappy Crap

It's a beautiful day, I have beautiful rifles, I have the time to shoot (for once!) and guess what.....

none of my friends who have ground are going shooting today and I still haven't managed to get ground here

so now I'm going to go and sit in the garden, drink beer and read about the hunting I can't do at the moment

    Still, beats work eh

Lo there do I see my father. Lo there do I see my mother, and my sisters and my brothers. Lo do I see the line of my people back to its beginning. Lo they do call to me and bid me take my place among them, in the Halls of Valhalla, where the brave may live forever.

    HI,
i was out this morning too,
arived on the farm at 3.30am loovly and dark,
all the rabbits are still too small to shoot though,
i shot a rat, from about 60 yds on the edge of a small pond, and imediatly a maggy swooped down to have a nosey, curiousity killed the cat,and it certainly didnt do too much for the maggy (multi shot is bliss)
    i had a listen to the owls(always a pleasure),and was back in for 6.am
a couple of quality hours spent with my skan,
it was either that ,or ripp some paper at the range again, again, again,
    JASON..
    lots of takedowns
