They usually range from between £450 and £650 although I have seen some 'special' pieces going for a lot more.

would not date it by the lock plate, it has the later block catch and modernish steel barrel whats the barrel twist and is it carbine or rifle.......

not sure about the barrel twist, it is a 3 band rifle.
