hi guys, has anybody got a stripdown guide or any useful tips for servicing a hw35. any help would be greatly appreciated as i'm going to attempt it myself. regards dean

Remove sights and sling
Unscrew stock screws.
Remove breech bolt, shims and barrel/cocking lever from action.
Drift out pins that hold the trigger unit in the cylinder end block.
Unscrew the cylinder end block till it is nearly off, hold it in a towel and apply downward pressure until it is free (spring will be under tension, usually not too much).
Remove spring guide, spring, and draw piston out using a sturdy wooden implement.
It's a piece of cake, and one of the reason why Weihrauchs are popular. Try doing the same on a BSA Airsporter and you will know what I mean.
