Strip it & start again, much better than a part repair. Plus, think of all those hours of fun you'll have.
Anyone kindly offer some advice please
I am starting to get a faded patch on an Air Arms Beech stock where my thumb rubs.
Is there any way I can treat this little fading section in isolation ? or is it a case of the dreaded first strip and re treatment of the whole stock
Any one solved a similar problem ?

The beech stocks have a varnish finnish. You could try lightly T-cutting the blemish. If this fails then think about refinishing.
