10M rifle comps?

After finally getting the correct front sight for my FWB 300S,I am wondering are there any postal comps or similar for me to have a bash at with it?

The majority of county small-bore rifle associations run 10mtr competitions of some kind, the Captain or Match Secretary of your own club should be able to point you in the right direction. However if you wish to compete in a league this winter it would be advisable to find out quickly as a lot of winter entries close in late August/early September.

There was a guy posted on here a while back,he had set it up on www.airgun-hq.co.uk, doesn't seem to have attracted much attention though,I printed one of his targets off today and had a quick go,scored 39.

IIRC there is an excellent 10m club in Bolton with some top-class shooters. No doubt you would be very welcome to shoot in their postal leagues.

I apologise: there is no 10m club in Bolton but I have met a couple of top-class 10m shooters (the McHugh's) from there. The NSRA clubs in Lancashire are: Blackburn, Bury, Burnley, Wigan, Southport, Warton (Bae) and Dukinfield. If those are near you, the details are on NSRA website. Sadly, I have yet to visit Bolton and my knowledge of Lancashire geography is very poor.
