    Question TAC Licence

Can I apply for a TAC licence even though I don't have a TAC gun.

My reason would be, so I can "legally" buy one from an existing owner.

No. Only those possessing a SCAC gun at the time specified in the legislation (sometime earlier this year) could apply to keep them. No transfer of SCAC guns as S1 firearms is permitted, even between FAC holders.

You can always try asking Blunkett for a Section 5 cert.
