I remember reading many years ago, a Venom article in one the AG mags.
Saying not to clean a barrel from breech to muzzle, as you don't want to be dragging any muck up from the barrel,
through the choke and crown, which kind of makes sense to me.

I have always cleaned a barrel from breech to muzzle for no other reason than that's the way the pellet travels,
After reading this thread it would make sense to pull the dirt away from the muzzle.
