Is it OK to ask for a valuation, then take PM offers?
    Surely this is an auction?

Hi Glyn, a real grey area matey. Imho it is best to state THIS IS NOT A SALES THREAD when asking for a valuation, and then if you are wanting to sell, once you have a price in mind you are happy to advertise it at, place an advert in both the collectors section (if it is a collectable that is), and the main sales section (with photos), then inform anyone who p-m'd you on the back of the valuation request thread that said item is now for sale. Then if they are interested, they can register their interest on said thread (think that is the best way to go about it ). Atb: Gareth W-B.
