"Police Pistol Combat" maybe?
But I'm just guessing: I don't know.

In the umarex range what does the PPC stand for, and does the 1500 mean only 1500 made, as i have been told.
And does this actually count for anything.
The reason i ask is, i have a PPC Beretta which is starting to look worn.
And a PPC smith 6" i only bought a couple of days ago, which was an ex display so has a few marks on it ( it was the only smith in the shop and the dealer asked was i sure i wanted it as it was marked. I answered it was fine as i was planning to use it not look at it).
But now i am thinking about buying both again in PPC just to squirrel away as i am starting to get a bit of a collection.
Regards chip.

"Nasty, noisy things, revolvers, Count. Better stick to air-guns." Sherlock Holmes, The Adventure of the Mazarin Stone
i think it is something along the lines of 'practical pistol competition'
AA s200 with BSA contender 8-32 x 50 - .22
AA S410 with 4-12x44 MTC Viper (.22 and .177 barrels)
I believe the 1500 refers to the maximun points scorable
PPC police pistol competition
Not Sure about what the PPC stands for but they only made 1500 Beretta's 1500 S&W's and 1500 CP88, there ws n article in one of the mags last year on them i'll did it out and see if it sheds any light on the PPC.
