Is it possible to put a red dot sight on a gamo compact?

Not unless you want to want to drill into the plastic top lever.
no scope rail you see....this would also mean you have to push down on the red dot to charge the gun and they do require enough effort to make this a painful affair.
also whay would you want to? - as they are very accurate with the std. sights and the red dot won't make you a better shot IMO.

RWS Hobby's worked best in mine....385 fps, right on Gamo's tech spec.
Nicely made and cheap too....
