    Info req?. Beretta 92.

    Hi folks,

    Quick question for you experts?,

Is the barrel on my Beretta 92 supposed to be loose and move around at the muzzle end?, free floating in side slide.

The chap I purchased gun off had made a silencer come barrel extension and it had been clamped on to the barrel by a grub screw.

Any info would be great as groups seem to shift all over the place.

    Thanks Steve.

Sounds like the screw inside needs tightening . Bare with me and I will find a diagram and show you how to do it yourself ,

    Oh bugger , can't find a diagram

First check that the screw at the front is tight .

    OR

Undo that one then slide the top on the pistol off ! Turn the casing and barrel upside down and you will see more screw either side of the barrel , tighten those up and that should cure the problem .

( Its a lot easier if I was actually working on it . ) lol
