    Crossman Ratcatcher

    Hi,
    If any of you have had a ratcatcher can you tell me if they are any good or not.
    Are they only available in .22 cal ?

    I have had a few and recently converted one to .177 which was much better than the .22 equivilant IMO .

    conversion

    was it difficult to convert it to .177?
    Are they good guns?

    A .177 breech , bolt and probe and a .177 barrel ... job done !

    I managed to get one second today. I haven't done anything with it yet but from what I've heard they are good wee guns that you can do a lot with.

    Great Fun, Just get one they are cheap enough and hold thier value if you don't get on with it.

    Hi Dave

    Where did you manage to find a .177 Breech, probe and bolt? I used a .22 Breech, probe and bolt and adapted to fit the .177 barrel.

    I probably will get one of these but i'll wait untill after xmas. They tend to be quite cheap about £90 ish/
