I have a cp88, cp99, beretta 92, and a colt 1911
To the OP, what about airsoft? they're fun to plink with, fit your criteria except dont fire pellets.

I think im gonna wait until someone releases a nickel/metal 177 pellet blowback (with locking slide on last pellet) that looks as nice as the beretta. (oh and wood grips!
