Hi Karlm, Welcome to the wonderful world of pistols, the Beretta 92FS is a great pistol, you will love it, i use Napier Power oil on all my guns inside and out, and it keeps them all in good working order.

Best thing for that is Crosman Pellgunoil, uttings.com £3.99 or try evil-bay.

I use Browning Legia spray on all my guns.

Use Pellgun on the CO2 capsule end, only a drop though, and only every second or third caplet. The lubricated CO2 capsules are a bit pricey for shooting with all the time, certainly the Walther ones, and it's unnecessary - too much oil can actually gunk up the CO2 valve! If you must use them, use one per tin of 500 pellets just to keep the internals coated.

A good habit to get into, especially with the blued Umarex pistols, is to wipe over the exterior metalwork - the frame, barrel and slide - with an clean oily cloth after each session. It prevents those nasty finger marks which the blued guns are so prone to.

    HTH,

    Mike.
