    What BB's are you using?

At the meet yesterday I tried to shoot Crosman Copperhead's through my Gamo P23! Had exactly the same problem
Upon investigation, the bb's were not feeding into the chamber correctly and then some of the ones that were being fed correctly were getting stuck where the bb's had coroded I am assuming the feed mech is similar.
I will have to clean up the rest before i use them again!

    Copperheads suck!
The ones I've got are really poor quality.
I've gone through 2 tins of gammo lead now in my PPK, and that includes when it was smoothbore.
Sounds like something at either end of the trigger linkage, Maybe a spring gone at the sear end?

SMK gold steel bb's are fine for the PPK.

you'll need to strip and check the trigger mechanism if it isn't firing when you pull it.

Also worth checking that the little screw in the top of the slide is tightened. It holds the hammer pin in place.

If you check the thread 'Bulmer does a strip' you can get a photo copy of his excellent ppk strip article.
    Over to you Neil!
