    Sympathetic gunsmith.

    Hi all,
I have recently purchased an old relum pistol/carbine.
I would like to have it stripped and greased, and generally serviced to make sure its in good working order.

Ideally i would like all the existing original parts reused.
So does anyone know of a good gunsmith who specialises in old guns who could do this for me. (preferably in the south east).

Also if anyone has any information on this pistol i would be very grateful.

    Regards

    servicing

    Hi,
Not in the south west but CS Airguns of Manchester and have an excellent reputation for overhauls, cleaning, rebuilds, refurbs and tuning. See their website at www.csairguns.co.uk; they did a great job of reblueing a barrel for me, and at reasonable cost too.
    Best wishes,
    Chris

Pyscho - are you able to tell us what that cost you? I have a Webley Mark 1 in a similar state... An answer by PM would be most appreciated if you don't want to make it public!
