    Weihrauch HW40. 20cal

I got this back in the summer. Already having an HW45 I thought it would be nice to have another Weihrauch. It's a superb pistol, fitted with auto safety and Tru-Glow sights. And, unusually it's 20 cal.

I've put about 70 to 80 pellets through it. It works beautifully but, there's no felt recoil that I'm used to with the HW45.

Light-weight and low noise. Ideal for back yard or indoors (if your partner allows)

Comes with foam lined hard case and a nearly full tin of 20cal pellets.

Asking £80 to included special delivery, next day. Now Sold

PLEASE POST ANY COMMITMENT TO BUY ON THIS THEAD AND NOT BY PM

If it's not as described I will give a full refund of the purchase price.

Oh that is tempting, but I was after a .177.

If I knew more about .20 it would be easier for me to decide. I hear they are almost as heavy as .22 and I just know I would not buy a .22.

The choice of ammo is also not as wide, hence my uncertainty.

If if were not for that I would drive up and do cash face-to-face as I could drop in to see folks in Stevenage on the same trip.

I've got a selection of H&N, Crosman and Logun. They all shoot fine. At the distances we use pistol I don't think it makes too much difference.

I have an HW45 with both 177 & 22 barrels and have had on order a 20 cal barrel for mths. Personally I think 20 is a fine calibre.

If you want to view the pistol, just pm me.
