    December Police Pistol Competition Thread

Since the old PP Thread has hit 200 messages and is dated anyway, here's a new one for the December Competition: which starts on 13 December, and ends on 21 December (midnight on the 21st, as it becomes the 22nd).

JAN McARTHUR's our "rear guard" this month. She scored 162, using a Crosman .357 and H&N wadcutter pellets. But she wasn't far behind....

    =

ps. watch Jan, she's the one who'll come forward.

    atb Phil

    =

my very own JAN, who scored a 202 with her Crosman Python .357 and H&N wadcutters.

Don't say I didn't warn you! Jan's already shown a 25% increase in her score in one month. If we could all do that it would be good.

If she fits a Red Dot then we'd better keep looking over our shoulder.

Never fear those that are close to you, we know them. It's those we would consider outsiders that need watching.

Good luck Jan, keep on keeping on,

    atb Phil

If I improve by 25%, I think you lot will accuse me of cheating with a score of 358

I hadn't even noticed the jump in scoring myself, Phil! But yes indeed, that is a considerable improvement.

Jan is actually a very naturally athletic person and if she can stick with regular practice and participation, she will indeed be a formidable shooter.

    Smile What a Challenge!

This shoot is probably the most challenging. It is hard to shoot well, fast. Wyatt Earp put it well when he said to "Make haste, slowly!" That is the only way to do well on this shoot!

Don't forget to shoot his weekend!

Remember that Sunday at midnight (as Sunday becomes Monday) is the deadline for the Police Pistol shoot.
