Fancy shooting your air pistols & rifles a bit more, then guy's & gal's come visit us at theUBC for loads of fun competitions for all types of air pistols and rifles.
Congratulations, Tony! I've always had an on-going war with my weight, too.
Problem is, in spite of occasional victorious battles on my part, the weight seems to be winning the war!

Well done Tony, keep it up!
Congrats, hope it keeps falling off.
My mother had a gastric banned fitted 2 weeks ago.
The reason being she has bad arthritis in both knees, and the NHS told her they were not willing to help her until she lost weight. And as exercise was out of the question being that she struggles to even get out of the chair with her knees being the way they are.
She decided to have the band done privately as this was the only way.
I shall pass on your success story as this should cheer her up.
Regards chip

Thanks all
My problem was that I only ever felt full when I was physically in pain
Now with most of my stomach removed and my intestines re-plumbed I am in pain (when I'm full) a lot earlier now
A major side effect though is if I eat fatty foods, I feel really really ill
But I am so greatfull for the operation. Its been a life saver, litterally.
Chip, does your Mum have access to the internet? if so heres a link to a group I work with via another one of my sites. www.hsgfwls.co.uk
She can join the support group using the forum tab on the left side.
There are a number of people there who have had the gastric band including two of the group managers, Rita and Marg.
and finally, Jason what prey tell was your surprise this morning???
Thanks again guy's
